These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and omcy8 ("omcy8", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the omcy8 website located at https://omcy8.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual games, bonuses, and customer support (collectively, "the Services").

The registered user account created by a Player upon completing the omcy8 registration process, subject to KYC verification requirements.
Any funds deposited by a Player into their omcy8 Account, excluding bonus credits that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by omcy8 to a Player, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Also referred to as "rollover requirement".
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required at registration and prior to any withdrawal, including submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency for omcy8 deposit and withdrawal operations serving Malaysian Players.
Any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by the Platform from time to time.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, software, game content, written content, graphical elements, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to omcy8.
Access to and use of the omcy8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. omcy8 enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures at registration and at the point of any withdrawal request. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds within that Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
Age Restriction: omcy8 operates on a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 21, you must not register or use this Platform under any circumstances.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent ban. Any Bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts will be voided.
To use the omcy8 Services, you must complete the online registration process, providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
omcy8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. omcy8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify omcy8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.
omcy8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. No currency conversion fees are charged by omcy8, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless a specific promotional offer stipulates a higher minimum. omcy8 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment instrument used. omcy8 maintains a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to request evidence of fund origin at any time. Deposits made from third-party payment instruments will be refused and returned.
omcy8 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to KYC verification status and the applicable payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes; bank wire transfers within fifteen to sixty (15–60) minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and may be subject to variance during peak periods or extended verification review.
A withdrawal may only be submitted once the Player has completed KYC verification, fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's verified available balance. omcy8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply at individual Player level based on account tier and verification status. Platinum VIP members may negotiate elevated limits with their dedicated account manager.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by omcy8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g. ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated clearly on the promotional page. The maximum bet permitted while a Bonus is active is typically MYR 250–500 per round or bet selection. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to Bonus wagering requirements. Video slots generally contribute one hundred percent (100%) of each bet placed. Table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, typically contribute ten to twenty percent (10%–20%). Live dealer games may carry variable contribution rates as specified in individual promotional terms.
All Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation, typically seven (7), fourteen (14), or thirty (30) days as specified in the offer. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn prior to expiry will be automatically forfeited.
omcy8 reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the omcy8 platform, it is considered final and binding. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where specifically permitted by the relevant game or sport rules displayed on the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure affecting the outcome of any game or bet, omcy8 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Players' Accounts. omcy8 shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from a game malfunction.
Sports betting odds — including Asian Handicap, Over-Under, Mix Parlay, and match result markets for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are set by omcy8 at its sole discretion and may be subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Published odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. omcy8 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time.
Where an obvious error has been made in the setting of odds (a "palpable error"), omcy8 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at the erroneous odds and return the stake to the Player. A palpable error is defined as odds that are clearly and materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omcy8 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
omcy8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, regulatory non-compliance, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting omcy8 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified Player Funds (excluding unmet Bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending KYC review.
Players who wish to limit or stop their gambling activity may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings or by contacting customer support. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of omcy8's Intellectual Property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omcy8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
omcy8's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
omcy8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
omcy8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. omcy8 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which omcy8 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your own jurisdiction.
omcy8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account.
